  • Apply the recommended number of pumps to your dog's bowl during or after mealtime. Can be divided between AM & PM meals if desired.

    Suggested amount based on dog’s weight:

    • Up to 25 lbs: 1 pump per day
    • 25-75 lbs: 2 pumps per day
    • Over 75 lbs: 3 pumps per day

    Our Ultra Omega Oil is shelf-stable but we recommend refrigerating after opening to ensure freshness.

  • Yes; it includes real, natural fish oils in the ingredients, so it is going to smell fishy. You may smell this on the dog’s breath after eating as well, but it’s worth it given all of the great benefits it provides!

  • We recommend adding 1 pump (2ml) per day until you get to the recommended amount. Adding too much too quickly may upset their stomach, as any food change does, but they should resume normal bathroom habits/consistency quickly. If your dog has an adverse reaction, like vomiting or loose stools, talk to your veterinarian.

  • Ultra Omega Oil can be used at the recommended amounts in conjunction with almost all of our supplements. However, we don’t recommend using this product in conjunction with our other fish oils or our Skin & Coat supplements because of the significant amount of overlapping ingredients.

  • Both of our Skin & Coat supplements use fish oil and flaxseed oil as main ingredients because of the great benefits they have on the skin. However, our Skin & Coat supplements contain other ingredients like Chia Seed, and Vitamin C that are specifically targeted for promoting optimal skin health. Ultra Omega Oil will certainly help maintain skin health, but has many other additional benefits for joint health, immune health, and cognitive health.

  • This Ultra Omega Oil uses flaxseed oil as the primary supplier of omega fatty acids as well as Alaskan Pollock Oil and Atlantic Salmon oil for a more well rounded nutrient profile. The other fish oil products do not include flaxseed oil and have a higher amount of fish oils included in the ingredients.

  • Because these fish are sourced from different regions, they have different diets and therefore have a different nutritional makeup, even though they’re using similar fish species. Additionally, the majority of the fatty acid profile in this product comes from flaxseed oil, which has a different nutrient makeup than fish oils.

    I love the product I know it’s good for my fur baby. He likes it a lot. The only thing is that unfortunately the pump doesn’t work at all. I tried a lot of ways and nothing. That would be easier for me to use instead of using my spoons. Thanks.
