Shipping

Processing time

Our goal is always to ship orders as quickly as possible, however, due to COVID-19, we have implemented changes to the way we pack & ship items to ensure that our team and our products continue to be safe – because of that, orders are currently shipping within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Please note that shipping times shown at checkout refer to actual transit time, and do not account for processing time or delays due to COVID-19. 

United States

We are happy to offer FREE shipping for domestic orders over $49, which will automatically apply to your order when requirements are met. Otherwise orders will ship via the courier of your choice. If one is not selected, your order will default to the most affordable option.

Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order and will be sent via emailed after your order has shipped. If you selected USPS, please wait to contact us about your package until 3 weeks after receiving your shipping notification, as they will not allow a claim prior to that period.

Please note: UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address. UPS does not deliver on weekends, please keep that in mind when selecting a rush method.

Please keep in mind that every country has its own unique import and customs policies. If you are experiencing long delays, you should check with your local postal carrier for updated tracking information. Please understand delays due to Customs are beyond our control.

USPS tracking is only available to certain countries. If your country does not accept USPS tracking, there will be no movement on the USPS.com site after the package departs the United States. However you may use the tracking number and track your package with your local postal carrier (ie. Canada Post, China Post).

Please also be aware that not all shipping options provide basic insurance for lost or damaged packages, and some options only provide a maximum of $100 USD coverage. Additional shipping insurance coverage may be purchased, at customer’s expense, to cover the full cost of your order. If you choose to purchase insurance, please add this request to the notes section of your order. Should your package become lost or damaged, Natural Dog Company will provide reasonable assistance with submitting a claim to the appropriate shipping carrier.

You can also try checking your country’s Post Tracking website with the USPS Tracking Number given. The USPS Tracking stops in Chicago and countries that accept USPS Tracking will then update their Post Tracking System with updated information. Per USPS claim policy, please wait until 6 weeks after receiving your shipping notification email to contact us about your package.

Customs Charges

Each country has their own unique customs procedures and taxes or duties. Please understand your government may charge taxes on the items you purchase from us. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter.

Split Shipping

We can only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.

Back Orders

We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.

Lost/Damaged by post office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
