How long does shipping usually take? + –
Our goal is to get your pup relief as quickly as they need, which is why we offer several shipping options at checkout for you to choose from. Shipping time will vary depending on the carrier you chose and your delivery location, but you can find the most up to date shipping estimates on our shipping page here.
How soon will I notice a difference for my dog? + –
Depending on the product, you may notice a difference in as little as 1-2 uses! Many of our customers find relief very quickly, but it may take up to 2-4 weeks to see the full effects – especially for supplements and shampoos.
What is your return policy? + –
We offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee on every single one of our products. If you are not completely happy with our products for any reason, you can return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase and you will be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping – even if you use it all!
What if my product shows up hard or melted? + –
This is a fairly common occurrence for our balms, especially during winter and summer temperatures! The good news is that melting or solidifying has no impact on the effectiveness of the product.

If your balm arrives melted, you can just pop it in the fridge for a few minutes. If your balm is frozen or too hard, you can rub a tiny amount between your fingers to warm it up or place the product in a warm area like on top of the fridge to warm up.
How do I apply or use the products? + –
An important question! The instructions for how to use the product are directly on the package themselves - but for any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team by emailing bark@naturaldog.com.
